Voting Question: What is a great way to entice you for recruitment?
Our college is having a 2 week period of recruitment days for organizations such as sororities, fraternities, engineering, mathematics and other types of clubs/organizations. These members are lined up in their booths and they hand out flyers from their organizations. I am in an engineering organization called society of women engineers. What is the best way for me to approach you so that you would be interested or consider being a part of my organization? If I were to set up fundraiser to recycle your unused cell phones, would you participate? Would it help if I also set up a raffle to win a t-shirt from our organization if you participated in the fundraiser? Tell me what you think and would do. This could help me a lot.
